GIS Day is coming!
The keynote speaker will be Amy Newbury from Maxar Technologies, a global leader in satellite technology located in Westminster. She’ll be discussing how Maxar uses imagery captured by their satellites for humanitarian efforts.
Expect an exciting talk about data wrangling and spatial analysis using Python & ArcGIS by Alberto Nieto, an Engineer at ESRI.

11:00 am: Tech Showcase: Alberto Nieto, Product Engineer – Spatial Statistics, ESRI. “Data Science in ArcGIS: From Wrangling Data to Analysis Using Python and Spatial Statistics”

12:15 pm: Lightning talks delivered by professionals from the Nature Conservancy, Mapbox, USGS, as well as faculty and student from CU Boulder and Colorado Springs.

1:30 pm: Career Panel. Get career advice from GIS professionals in local and federal government, private companies, and nonprofits.
2:30 pm : Wrap up and Closing
