On November 13, Colorado State Senator Kerry Donovan came to the University of Colorado to participate in the third of CSTPR’s seminar series “Public Discussion: Policies on Climate and Environment” (co-Hosted with the Benson Center for the Study of Western Civilization). Senator Donovan, who is from District 5 and represents Chaffee, Delta, Eagle, Gunnison, Hinsdale, Lake and Pitkin counties, participated in a Q&A session with CSTPR Director, Max Boykoff.
