These trainings provide an overview of the CIRES ASA process and
timelines.
The ASA is a yearly requirement for most CIRES employees and
their supervisors. Science advisor input is also very helpful in
this process, and federal partners are welcome to review the materials.
Supervisors will need to route the final rating sheet through DocuSign and copy ciresasa@colorado.edu with completed forms. A step-by-step guide on how to route through DocuSign can be found here.
These ASA sessions are particularly relevant for new hires, or
those who are new to supervisory roles, and cover
changes from last year and important deadlines.
