With conference season gearing up, the CIRES communications team offered training in November 2023 for researchers on how to craft an oral or poster presentation that engages an audience while effectively communicating their science. Topics included honing your science message, drawing in an audience outside your field of study, using visuals effectively, and creating a clean and compelling design.
