Due to a recent security exploit, University of Colorado Information Systems have moved certain tools behind the CU Firewall.
These tools include: MyCUInfo (Supervisor Tools, MyLeave, Concur Travel and Expense, etc), Buff Portal Advising, eComm, Salesforce, PeopleSoft HR, the Student Information System (SIS), Degree Audit and Transfer Credit (DATC). Canvas and Zoom, remain unaffected by this added measure.
To access these tools you will need to utilize the CU VPN via the Cisco AnyConnect Client.
If you have never used the CU VPN, please use the following these steps to install and connect to the CU VPN
• Navigate a browser to this page: https://oit.colorado.edu/vpn-virtual-private-network
• Download and run the appropriate Cisco AnyConnect client for your computer
• Once installed, run the Cisco AnyConnect Client and enter vpn.colorado.edu for the server address and click connect.
• Enter your Identikey username and password when prompted
Once connected you will be able to navigate to systems as you did before.
