Starting in 2022, CU Boulder HR is offering a new training series aimed at working in a hybrid work environment. This will be especially useful for team leads, supervisors, as well as individual employees.
The three offered trainings are at multiple points in early 2022:
- Leading in a Hybrid Environment
- Managing Performance in a Hybrid Environment (This one may pertain more to campus performance protocols than CIRES, but I will attend to see if it’s relevant.)
- Being a High Performing Employee in a Hybrid Environment.
