Avoid getting a big packet of benefits notices and forms in the mail from CU this year. With digital delivery, these notices are delivered via email and store electronically in your employee portal. Enroll in digital delivery for your 2021 notices by Feb. 1.  Why do I receive these forms and notices? The University of Colorado is legally required to provide employees their benefits notices and tax forms. This includes Form 1095-C, the University of Colorado Health and Welfare Plans’ Notice of Privacy Practices and the Summary Annual Report for the University of Colorado Health and Welfare Plan and Trust.  Ready to enroll in digital delivery? You can enroll at any time, but 2021 notices can be sent to your portal if you opt in by Feb. 1.  Follow the steps below to get started: Log into the employee portal.Select My Info and Pay from the drop-down menu at the top center of the page.  Click the Digital Delivery Options tile.  Choose either the Benefits Notices Delivery tile or Form 1095-C Delivery.  Check the Consent radio button and click the Submit button. (Additional authentication will be requested before you can access the Form 1095-C Consent Form.) If you want to continue receiving physical copies, you don’t need to take action. Plus, you can choose to opt out of digital delivery at any time.
