If you are attending AGU and want to have your conference registration fee paid with a P-card and you do not have one, CIRES Travel can help make the purchase for you. Please follow the steps outlined below in order for the team to provide payment details:

  1. Go to the AGU Registration page and click the “Register Now” button.
  2. In order to register, you will need to create a profile.
  3. Once you are logged in, you will be redirected to the registration screen.
  4. Click the “Attendee Registration” button.
  5. You will then be directed to complete the Profile section if you have not already provided this information. Click “Next” when completed.
  6. You will then be directed to the required Registration questions.
  7. Once you have responded to the required questions, click the “Next” button on the bottom of the page.
  8. Once you click “Next”, your responses will automatically be saved in a shopping cart. You will see a green “1” next to the shopping cart, which is located at the top right of the screen.
  9. You will then be prompted to confirm the Registration package you’d like to register for. Click “Next”.
  10. You will then have the option to add any additional ticketed events to your registration fee. Click “Next”. It is highly recommended that your Finance Manager be made aware of the ticketed events that you plan to register for prior to purchasing.
  11. Once you have completed these steps you will then be prompted to provide payment details. Email us at cirestravel@colorado.du when you have reached this step. You will need to provide your AGU login details so the team can login to your account and complete the registration process.
  12. Once the registration is completed, CIRES Travel will email you a copy of your registration confirmation.
