CU Boulder’s Microsoft Office365 system experienced significant problems briefly on October 9, starting at 9:21 am. The Office of Information Technology posted a good summary of the incident here; the issue was professionally resolved in less than 90 minutes. If a future email outage or partial outage affects CIRES, our IT team will use the AdminBlog and InsideCIRES (Administrative News at right) to update staff as quickly as possible.
