Our mission is to install a world class ionosphere research radar at the new Korean base called Jang Bogo Station. This is sponsored by the Korean Polar Research Institute (KOPRI). This radar needs a large wire antenna, four towers each, 120ft tall and spaced on a 250 ft square. There is a mile of wire hanging between these towers. This will be a copy of one that we have at the NASA Wallops Island Flight Facility in Virginia. The antenna looks something like this picture. This photo was taken extremely rare opportunity of an ice storm while I was at Wallops .

Everything is very open with a precise clarification of
the issues. It was really informative. Your site is very useful.
Thanks for sharing!
There’s certainly a lot to learn about this subject. I like all the points you made.
Having read this I believed it was very enlightening. I appreciate you spending some time and effort to put
this short article together. I once again find myself personally spending
way too much time both reading and posting comments. But so what,
it was still worthwhile!
