This week was pretty productive for my culturing. I made a bunch of solutions and finally seeded my plates. So far only one plate is one condition has grown anything but we are waiting until Monday to see what my other plates produce. I’m hoping by week 5 I can start sequencing the DNA and see who we have on the plates. I don’t have much else to say (I’m pretty tired) but I took some pictures.
