For the period beginning July 1, 2022 – June 30, 2023 the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) prompt in the Annual Summary of Accomplishments will be in the “please complete” portion of the ASA rather than among the optional prompts. Responses will be used to understand CIRES DEI activity overall and as a support for promotions as described in the Career Track criteria. Resources and role-appropriate ideas for responding to this prompt will be forthcoming. Employees who would like to explore DEI activity options for their role are invited to contact Susan Sullivan.
