As part of the revised Sexual Misconduct, Intimate Partner Violence and Stalking Policy that went into effect Aug. 14, 2020, all CU employees are required to complete the online Discrimination and Sexual Misconduct policy training course. The deadline was September 18, 2020. CIRES HR audit shows many are still not up-to-date with this training. Waleed will be begin reaching out to supervisors if this mandatory training is not completed soon, so please help get us to 100% compliance.
To access the online training, please visit OIEC’s website and click on “complete the online training” button at the bottom of the page. Select the Boulder campus and after logging in, the course will automatically load in a separate window where you will click “launch.” The course title is “Discrimination and Sexual Misconduct, CU Boulder and System.” After successfully passing the course, it takes approximately 3 business days for the score to be reflected in your SkillSoft training record.
You can check whether you have completed the training by visiting your training transcript in SkillSoft, accessible via your main CU Portal homepage. Once you’re logged in and on the CU Portal homepage, click CU Resources Home at the top > Training > Skillsoft tile > and then the Learning Transcript is in the quick links on the left or in “My Profile” on the top right.
