For export services, the team provides export control analyses for international shipping, international travel, international visitors, deemed exports, and international work requests. The export team will coordinate and liaise on your behalf with CU central offices and the CU Export Control Office for analyses, Technology Control Plans (TCPs), and any federal licenses required.
For external unfunded research agreements services, the team will coordinate for you, external MOUs, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Permits needed for research work and research expeditions, IP/Copyright issues, use agreements, resource agreements, and white papers.
