Seeking your wisdom, NOAA’s Office of Oceanic and Atmospheric Research has just launched a culture survey called OHCA, Organizational Health and Culture Assessment. You may have already seen Craig McLean’s introduction (video). Your participation in the survey is entirely optional, but we encourage you to provide feedback to NOAA, so the agency can get a fair and accurate assessment of workplace culture. Also upcoming: This fall, CU Boulder will launch a campus-wide culture survey, incorporating lessons learned from the pilot culture surveys CIRES and LASP conducted in 2018 and 2017.
