CIRES employees in the NOAA building are invited to join Casey Kipple from CU Boulder HR for a training session on Avature, the CU applicant tracking system. Training is open to all CIRES employees but highly recommended for hiring leads and current and future search committee chairs and members. Members of the CIRES HR team will also be present to answer questions. Please see (admin blog link here). This training will be specific to the needs and concerns of hiring at NOAA, however, those on campus who will be hiring managers or team members are encouraged to reach out to CIRES HR specialist, Jimena Ugaz for training assistance and support.
