CPO’s annual 2022 Notice of Funding Opportunity (noaa.gov) was recently published. CPO has four programs: ESSM, CSI, CEE and NIDIS and combined, they have 8 competitions in FY22. Letters of Intent are strongly encouraged and are due by 5 pm ET on August 9. Full applications for all competitions must be received by 5 pm ET on October 18.
