If you have not yet checked and certified your annual leave balance, please do so now; the deadline has passed, but there is no penalty for missing it. For instructions, see the August 21 email from Employee Services, subject: “Action required: Certify your…” Do NOT sign if there is a significant discrepancy (>1 hour) from what you believe is your correct balance. Discrepancies on the order of .05 hours are frequent due to the transition from the InsideCIRES Leave system to My Leave and are best ignored. Call Employee Services (303-860-4200 option 2) with concerns, and if necessary, CIRES staff will work with Employee Services to help you resolve issues.
