The CIRES Proposal Team works with CIRES PIs, researchers, and CU’s Office of Contracts and Grants (OCG) to formally submit proposals. OCG requests that we provide the final budget, budget justification and signed Proposal Submission Request form 5 business days before the proposal deadline. To meet this requirement and provide you the best level of service possible, we request you let us know as soon as you know about your planned upcoming submission. We’ve just updated our proposal timeline guidance to be clear about how we can help.
In short: Please give us at least 15 business days’ notice.
