There is always something to work on, to read, to help with or to learn. Google search has become my best friend, and I find myself using words that I didn&#8217;t know the meaning of less than two weeks ago. I also created my first working code and, although it didn&#8217;t do more than spit out a couple of questions and responses to the user, I still developed a deeper understanding of computer logic, and the experience has helped immensely while trying to understand and manipulate my mentor&#8217;s code.<\/p>\n<p>After this week I feel more confident in my ability to understand and create\/alter python code as well as use\u00a0software like QGIS and to troubleshoot any setbacks\u00a0I face in the future!<\/p>\n<p>-Sheen<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In the past\u00a0I&#8217;ve had to find extra tasks to stay busy in my jobs and this internship is quite the opposite!
