Hi all,<\/p>\n

We had a wonderful week in the field. \u00a0This week we visited Bald Mountain, Sunshine Canyon and Heil Valley. \u00a0These are all beautiful sites. We still have work to do in all of them, and I look forward to having Jennifer, Lesley and Moana join us!<\/p>\n

Our data collection is coming along and now it’s time to get it all entered and analyzed. \u00a0Although my mentor will be gone on vacation, I hope to make great progress on this while she is away.<\/p>\n

Back to the highlights of the field. \u00a0We came across this lovely, huge dandelion-looking plant. \u00a0It was super cool! \u00a0Turns out is has a name and it’s not dandelion. \u00a0It was a\u00a0Western Salsify (Tragopogon dubius). Check it out!<\/p>\n
