The drill becomes \u201churry up and wait.\u201d Scott Abbott (NOAA) and I have been waiting in Honolulu this week for Sunday to get here. Here is Scott <em class=\"markup--em markup--p-em\">waiting<\/em> for sunset (first photo). Finally sunset comes (next photo). After a nice Friday night dinner, we <em class=\"markup--em markup--p-em\">waited<\/em> for the fireworks (third photo). Today is Saturday, so the drill is to <em class=\"markup--em markup--p-em\">wait<\/em> for the clothes to dry (fourth photo). So now it is Saturday about 2 pm, and we have learned that our plane has been delayed another 4 hours. In this case it is good, since instead of a midnight check in, we now have a 4 am check in. This means we will get some sleep tonight.
