This program is offered quarterly and, upcoming sessions are offered in April, July and November. If you are interested,\u00a0 please review the program, discuss your interest with your supervisor\/manager and <a href=\"https:\/\/universityofcolorado.skillport.com\/skillportfe\/custom\/login\/saml\/login.action?courseaction=launch&amp;assetid=ilt_a10088\" data-wplink-edit=\"true\">enroll<\/a>\u00a0if you both agree that it would be of benefit to you.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In addition to leader-specific training, the University also offers a multitude of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.colorado.edu\/hr\/employee-learning\/learning-online-learning-resources\">online\u00a0learning opportunities<\/a> through Lynda.com and SkillSoft. These online resources offer leadership courses, but they also offer employee-centric trainings on a variety of topics. These trainings could be a great way to grow\/develop.
