More detailed information is in the slide deck, but here is a brief recap of what was discussed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Our next town hall will take place on <strong>September 27 at 10 am <\/strong>and will focus exclusively on CIRES compensation changes. Look for a calendar invite in the days to come.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Climate Resilience @ CIRES is a new initiative to build community across our institute by crowdsourcing support for navigating climate change. Information about the initiative will be included in future town halls and on a new (forthcoming) website.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The CIRES Mentoring Program will open for mentor and mentee sign-ups in September! Visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/ciresmentoring.colorado.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CIRES Mentoring page<\/a> for more info.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Due to the Fly America Act, CIRES folks traveling on federal funds must fly on a US Airline to the greatest extent possible. More information is available on <a href=\"https:\/\/insidecires.colorado.edu\/finance\/travel\/flyAmericaAct\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">InsideCIRES<\/a>.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CU is piloting a new wellness program called <a href=\"https:\/\/www.colorado.edu\/health\/workwell\/workwell-connect\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">WorkWell Connect<\/a>. Highlights include on-demand fitness and meditation content, live health coaching, individual and team challenges, and easy navigation to campus benefits and resources.
