This note is to confirm that most CIRES researchers are eligible for this additional leave.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Some details:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Eligible employees: This additional time off applies to all leave-eligible CIRES employees regardless of work location.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Funding source: The funding for this leave will come from each individual\u2019s current salary funding source.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recording time: Employees should record the time as \u201cAdministrative Leave\u201d. If you have already scheduled vacation leave for July 5, please change the leave designation on July 5 to \u201cAdministrative Leave\u201d.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CIRES administration &amp; campus operations: We expect CIRES administrative offices to be closed.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alternate administrative leave: People who must work those days will be allowed to flex time off \u2013 please work with your supervisor to determine if flex time is necessary.
