In this session, Kelly Leandro, CU HR, Principal Employee Relations Consultant, talked about Performance Management. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kelly will focused on supervision fundamentals such as building rapport, coaching techniques, effective ways to offer feedback, and difficult conversations. Supervisors were acquainted with the documentation used to address performance issues and progressive discipline, as well as learned about the role of\u00a0both CIRES HR\u00a0and Campus HR in the process of addressing such concerns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In an effort to improve trainings, CIRES HR appreciates feedback on this training.
