On September 28 and 29, CIRES HR presented two workshops on how to prepare a position description specifically for the CIRES wide compensation analysis project. All Associate Scientists and Research Scientists are being asked to complete an updated position description for this project by November 12. Participation from all research staff will be essential to successful project outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The workshops provide an overview of the compensation analysis undertaking, with background as to the what, why and how’s of the project, as well as in-depth instructions on creating your related position description.
