For those who are not employees, such as students working with CIRES mentors, or family members outside the CU system, there are free resources available for you. Please see below for some of the resources non-employees and students from outside the CU system can access for free. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Disaster Distress Hotline is a free nationwide resource that can be accessed from anywhere.&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.samhsa.gov\/find-help\/disaster-distress-helpline\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/www.samhsa.gov\/find-help\/disaster-distress-helpline<\/a>&nbsp;or call 1-800-985-5990.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>CU&#8217;s Counseling office referral database. Enter your zip code (at the top) and select your insurance type along the left hand side and it will generate a list of licensed counselors.
