For the past few weeks in the office, we had done a mock run on understanding, analyzing and interpolating data in data sheets and through graphs. We finally got to a point of going back out to take pics of said sites that have EMF fluxes. This past week I had been working on a mock powerpoint presentation. I had listed graphs and talked about what we had done. It is really nice to have all of this set up for the real research. So now when we surveyed on Thursday, Friday was amazing because I knew exactly how to record and interpret data in our data sheets. So come Monday (weather pending) we can go to another site and collect more data and get the ball rolling on three sites in a few days. It’s nice to see positive momentum. I also am just so appreciative on how amazing, patience and knowledgeable my mentor (Rick) is. He can explain things so simply that are so complex. I feel is if I am learning so much. Until next week.
